Handle daily production roasting - at a volume of over 12,000lbs of roasted coffee per week - to supply 48 total locations. Receive green bean shipments, sort and track inventory, assist in roast profile creation, seasonal roast R&D, cupping, sample roasting, bagging and packaging of both wholesale and retail coffee. Perform both manual roasting and automated production roasting on Diedrich CR-70 roaster. Track roasts, profiles, and inventory using Cropster software. Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness, regularly perform maintenance on roaster and warehouse equipment. Delivered coffee throughout the Portland/Vancouver metro 4 days a week in a high-top Mercedes Sprinter van. Regularly delivering 180lbs-400lbs of product to each location, depending on size.

Content creation via numerous platforms including Adobe Audition, Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

Oversight of digital content, project management, logo creation, branding, video/audio production, etc. Responsible for maintaining a consistent social media presence for the station.

Creation, conceptualization, scripting, and production of promotional videos for clients. Shoot and sort footage to conceptualize 20.5 minute episodes broken into 5 segments.
