This also includes overseeing the NY operation; managing a team of 11. My team and I, turned around a loss making business to a profitable one, generating revenues of $1MM, in less than 2 years and secured contracts with GlaxoSmithKline, IBM and Pitney Bowes. For GlaxoSmithKline, we developed a post-merger program to further Operational Excellence, which meant focusing on best practice for drug campaigns across heritage companies and streamlining agencies / client processes, and reducing the time to market by 18%. We also created hard dollar savings of over $3.6MM per annum, using online reverse bidding with service providers, amongst a number other business change initiatives. For IBM, we did a long-term study across all 7 business units and competitor activity to determine the fastest and most effective communication routes to market for customer acquisition. -
