Do you sometimes struggle with specific emotions, thoughts or behaviours and just cannot get them to shift? Do you feel they are living rent-free inside your head? Do you sometimes get niggling pains or suffer from chronic health conditions, that seems unresolvable or do not have a direct medical cause? Some of our problems are outside of our influence, however, we can certainly work on our internal conflicts that may arise from our emotions, thoughts, behaviours and are experienced in our body.My goal is to work with you so that you become better at the art of this thing we call living. I can work with you using integrative therapy and coaching and this means the approach I use is individualised, specifically for you.You have taken the first brave step, I would like to assure you will feel safe to explore what’s important to you, I will listen without judgement or give advice, as undoubtedly, you have all of these resources within you. We would certainly spend time building trust, through empathic listening, compassion, and genuineness. It’s valuable to understand existing patterns, and as appropriate exploring their origins, how you may experience the world, such as within your body, your relationships, your personal influence, and the meaning of your existence. We would also do rebalancing work, and this involves working with your body, which is always communicating, but sometimes we are not skilled in listening. This rebalancing means we could look at patterns of your relationships and how to create greater harmony. Finally, we can collaboratively generate new patterns, so that you can influence and relate better to your emotions, thoughts, behaviours and how you experience the world through your body. I believe this is where coaching proves its value, in purposefully living these new patterns.human-wonder.com

'Too much emphasis is placed on 'doing health' to older people and not enough on creating joy and purpose first, which in turn creates the motivation for self-care and improving personal health and wellbeing'.Hello Daisy is physical device that internet enables any TV to allow older people to connect with family and friends in an easy and fear-free manner and in doing so reduces the widening gap of social and digital exclusion. This improved connectivity is the catapult to empowering them to use our platform for self-care especially around falls prevention and other pressing health issues. Our innovation is the combination of existing technologies to meet the needs of an underserviced over-65s market, providing a channel to homes that are digitally inaccessible and thereby disrupting the current ecosystem of delivery of health services.
  • Pharmalead Uk
    Associate Director
    Pharmalead Uk Jan 2015 - Dec 2016
    London, United Kingdom
Some of the best companies, sports teams, film directors, bands have people with vastly different disciplines, skills and style. Imagine McCartney without Lennon, Serena without Venus or the Cohen brothers, well, without each other. There are companies in health care who are clinically excellent, but not so good on the research, innovations or communications side. There are companies who are excellent at behavioural change, but scratch a little under the surface and the health expertise (to be kind) is lacking. PharmaLead is about behavioural change to real people (not demographics), provides clinical excellence, solves difficult problems within Health Trusts, Public Health, Local Authorities and CCG’s, and all of this is supported by our leadership programmes. We use ethnographic research, design thinking and innovate, we steal from other sectors, we are human centred in how we do things, we use new technology (sometimes before anyone else), and above all else, we believe and can see what we are doing is improving people’s lives.
  • Paper Scissor Stone
    Managing Director
    Paper Scissor Stone 2003 - 2008
    London, United Kingdom
Managing Director (Oct 03 – Jul 08) Paper Scissor Stone., London, UK I managed this dynamic creative agency, with a team of 14 staff. In that time, the business transformed from a design agency, through to a full service creative agency, embracing all media. I focused on leadership, brand consulting, account planning, business development, overseeing the P/L and account managing a few key accounts. Some of the new clients wins on which I pitched include: Centrica, JPMorgan, The Ivy and South African Airways. In 5.5 years, revenues had grown approximately 8x and net profit increased by 4.5x.
  • Paper Scissor Stone
    Account Director
Paper Scissor Stone Sep 2002 - Jul 2003
    London, United Kingdom
Joining as an Account Director, I focused on building the agency through existing accounts. Over the years, I developed relatively small accounts, into the largest revenue generating ones in the business, and reigniting relationships with previous clients such as PepsiCo and growing them significantly. This was achieved by understanding and even developing client communication objectives, understanding the environments they operate in, perception of trends, translating these into exciting campaigns, seeing client growth either through increased market share or sales. This has included film launches, above line, digital, experientials and integrated campaigns. Within 12 months I also did considerable new business to win pitches for South African Tourism and Standard & Poor’s.
