As leading innovators in the healthcare industry we sell the #1 modular nutrition products in multiple categories; bowel management, enteral modular protein, dysphagia diet and high protein supplements for clear liquid diets. Our products are clinically supported medical foods that enhance quality of care, speed recovery, reduce cost and lessens reliance on pharmacological interventions. We distribute our products through all major food service and med-surg distributors throughout the US.

After selling American Institutional Products (AIP) Hormel Foods, I stayed on as president for 3 years.

Started the company in 1985 to sell Medical foods for swallowing impaired patients in long term and acute care facilities. We were the first company to market nationally and internationally an instant food thickener and pre-pureed and preformed meats to nursing homes and hospitals for the management of their swallowing impaired patients. The products and programs we established ultimately changed the way every nursing home and hospital feed their dysphagic patients. We were the market leader and dominated US and UK food service distribution. I sold the company to Hormel Foods in 1994

Comptroller of a dental laboratory in Albany, NY. Was part of Healthco, Inc. They distributed medical and dental supplies and operated a chain of 15 dental laboratories across the US.
