Following the acquisition of Tierra Energy by Duke Energy he served as Senior Vice President and led Duke Energy’s rapidly growing renewable energy business, overseeing all development, acquisition, strategy, and execution.In his current role at High Road Clean Energy, David focuses on development, acquisition, and marketing of wind and solar projects. Mr. Marks has extensive experience in the energy industry and is an expert in wind and solar power project development and asset acquisition. He has led numerous power transactions including the evaluation, acquisition, and financing of renewable energy projects.
