Reporting to Head of General Industries, EMEA.• Responsible for the Credit Risk Management of a portfolio of listed Corporates (Investment and Non- Investment grade) domiciled across EMEA region.• Coverage of several Industries specializing in Construction and Automotive.• Active participation in the Construction Industry Global portfolio review.• Maintaining regular contact with counterparty including client meetings, attending to investor´s days, quarterly presentations, industry and peers research, etc.• Development of credit structures and/or risk mitigation concepts in cooperation with RelationshipManagement, Legal and Client.• Coordination of the syndication transaction process interacting with internal and external parties.• Extensive experience in full array of lending facilities, including syndicated facilities (i.e. RCFs,swinglines and Term Loans), Import/Export trading facilities (i.e. Letter of Credits), Cash Management facilities (i.e. cash pooling facilities), trading facilities (i.e. FX, interest derivatives) and other facilities (i.e. Leasings).• Active participation in the negotiation and execution process of the documentation (i.e. LMA andISDA/CSA). Assessment and monitoring of covenants compliance certificates.

Reporting to the Head of Spanish and Nordic markets. - Perform thorough financial analysis, including creation of forecasts, in order to present annual credit reviews and/or to give approval recommendation of new transactions or waivers for its sanctioning to a higher internal approval committee (if not within my approval authority).- Analyse and evaluate the counterparty risk taken by Commerzbank in order to achieve a better risk-return and/or ease the Risk Weighted Assets following Commerzbank Country Risk Policy.- Maintaining regular contact with client management including client visits, attending investors days, quarterly presentations, industry and peers research, etc.- Development of credit structures and/or risk mitigation concepts in cooperation with Relationship Management, Legal and Client.- Documentation: Active participation in the execution of documentation related to transactions approved such as syndicated loans, bilateral facilities, ISDAs, etc. Assessment and monitoring of covenants compliance certificates.- Products: full array of banking products and derivative instruments.
