Multi-site regional manager for North and West London responsible for providing total facilities management within 12 of the busiest and most profitable ASDA stores, covering electrical, mechanical, cleaning, fire protection and health and safety, for the delivery of all planned and reactive works, in line with KPI’s & budget using in-house teams plus external contractors as required and for managing the customer relationship with store managers and the ASDA regional management team. • Ensured all practices and procedures were audited on a frequent basis to ensure that engineers, cleaning managers and third parties delivered to a satisfactory standard, met strictly measured KPIs and in accordance with Health and Safety guidelines• Managed over £2 million budget for capital revenue projects, equipment and parts within target by optimising best value • Managed projects from inception to completion in conjunction with the Asda Project Manager, including opening 4 new stores, several remodels and responsible for show stores for the whole of the South Management team• Managed the workforce planning, appointment, motivation and development for over 300 staff

Projects included working for Mark Rodol planning, set up & managing "Bodies the Exhibition" which was held within a a new space within Earls Court. Recruited managers and team to host the exhibition and sales operation, wrote all procedures, training, etc.

Managing front of house operations, restructuring the operations to provide a 21st Century operation and service. Managed the transition from paid venue to free entry and the opening of the refurbished British Galleries. Led the re-structure of the gallery operations teams to deliver a professional modern customer orientated gallery and information attendant service.

Setting up the Visitor Services Operation at the Millennium Dome & leading the Admissions team & other areas of the Dome. Involved with recruitment, induction and training of the Hosts and depatment management team and writing the operating procedures for the coach parking, pier and tube entry to the venue. Oversaw the introduction of on-site ticket sales and key member of the venue Duty Management team
