David is currently managing partner of Ormsby & Rhodes. His prime interests are in audit, corporate advisory services and corporate reconstruction. His client base includes high net worth individuals, medium sized manufacturing companies and international companies requiring tax and back office support. David also has a significant amount of experience dealing with conflict resolution and shareholder disputes.David also looks after a number of non for profit entities advising on the latest issues affecting their accounts including issues in respect of the new Charity Regulatory in Ireland and SORP accounts.David is also active in the insolvency sector and holds a license as an Insolvency Practitioner. He acts as a liquidator and also provides advice in this area to directors / companies on restructuring.
