Wantage

Working from the Didcot office responsible for the Wantage area and surrounding villages. Growing market share in the area and responsible for instructions and sales.

Managing a team specifically focusing on areas in wantage, and surrounding areas. Main lister in charge of getting properties on to the market, and making sure the sales team are performing. In control of maximising profit in order to expand the company with a branch opening up shortly.

Responsible for looking after the sales team making sure they are hitting all the individual targets to make sure the branch is progressing day in day out. My main role is taking all the properties on to the market for my team to then sell but am also responsible for sales myself. Currently in charge managing the Abingdon branch.

Currently acting manager at the Abingdon office, taking houses onto the market, setting targets for other staff members as well as my own, looking to achieve as much branch turnover as possible. Striving to be number 1 in the area league table month in month out and achieving that in the past 2 months running against opposition from busier offices.My role involves being pro active constantly. Booking valuations, viewings, mortgage appointments and arranging touting for the companies progression within the market place.

Transferred from the Abingdon office to a busier and more demanding office, being pro-active, dealing with more clients and selling more houses. Part of an expanding team and office hitting company targets and proving myself by winning negotiator of the month on a couple of occasions. Then transferred back to Abingdon a year later progressing myself to a higher role and become lead valuer.

Without a drivers license my role consisted of registering applicants, providing high level of customer service and dealing with customers needs. Finding what they wanted and matching houses to there requirements. Making sure I had excellent diary management, arranging viewings, valuations and mortgage appointments. Also learning about the industry in general.
