To recruit, train and maintain an effective management team in each of my stores. To monitor the performance of the stores, within my region and take appropriate action to achieve the targets and set objectives. To carry out ongoing checks in branch administration and paperwork, wages, health and safety to ensure ongoing compliance with Company procedures. I undertake quarterly branch inspections and to take legitimate measures to minimise stock loss. I currently manage 70 people within my stores.
