I am passionate about developing educators to deliver the highest level of education to our youth, while helping them develop their social and emotional skills. I work with schools and districts to design and implement professional development programs that align with their vision, goals, and needs, and that foster a culture of equity and inclusiveness for all. Partnering with multiple organizations, I have help create strategic plans to help missions/values have the desired impact in education and non-profits. In addition to my consulting work, I also served as administrator (instructional and culture) in charter schools in Colorado. In these roles, I supported the academic and operational excellence of the schools, lead the instructional coaching and evaluation of teachers, and oversee the development and alignment of the curriculum across grades and subjects. I am committed to disrupting systems of oppression and creating opportunities for our future leaders to thrive and succeed.
