Our 2021 result was particularly pleasing as we lost another large contract which represented 25% of our branches Profit at the time, that year was also the best ever Profit Share position the business has had. - Being a leading employer and developer of graduates and apprentices. When I left Torquay 60% of the team all started their careers in the past 5 years as trainees- I am extremely proud of them all. - Instilled a “first class basics” culture with regards to customer service and had a zero tolerance for failure on the front.
