Spanning over 29 years of government experience, I have held numerous Senior and Executive Level leadership positions with direct responsibility and accountability for large scale technology and business operational portfolios. My skills and experience are very diverse and I have pushed myself to further develop and refine my capabilities over time by undertaking multiple positions within different state agencies. As a continual life-long learner I have worked in large, mid-sized and small agencies, which has exposed me to a variety of organizational cultures, norms and operational and technology challenges. These experiences have helped me think differently about how I show up as a leader, approach each new opportunity with a growth mind set and how to be attentive to what the organization need from me as a leader and how I may have to adapt and apply my expertise to best help an organization achieve their objectives. Some of my key expertise includes leading technology organizations through significant change events, leading complex business system modernization and re-platforming efforts, transforming organizations to prepare them for undertaking complex system modernization endeavors, navigating complex authorizing environments, strategic planning, Cloud enablement, workforce transformation, budget planning, procurement and contract management, planning and estimating for large enterprise level technology investments that truly extend business capabilities that resulted in measurable outcomes.
