• Contribute to the strategy and design of the firm’s new Rewards and Benefits platform (KF Pay) that allows clients to benchmark and perform data modeling throughout the year;
• Co-lead efforts to transform the operating model of the Products Group (~1,300 employees) to ensure annual growth and retention of existing accounts;

As a Vice President, I was chartered with expanding The Newman Group’s presence in F500 accounts and therefore responsible for the maturation of partner programs and client services.
