I have over twenty-five years of progressive experience advising Fortune 1000 companies on talent acquisition and talent management strategies, solutions and related technologies. Since joining Korn Ferry in 2007, I’ve held a number of key roles across firm including serving as a marquee account leader and playing a leading role in our firm’s digital transformation. I lead our strategic partnership with Qualtrics and our digital portfolio strategy in the areas of Total Rewards, Organization Strategy including Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and Employee Experience. My focus is on continuing to innovate our offerings and go-to-market solutions as we develop our SaaS-based digital platform. I’m passionate about helping clients understand their potential and deploying solutions that help organizations succeed at all levels. Through my personal and professional experiences, I’ve come to appreciate the importance of being agile, authentic and leading with empathy.
