Co-lead the transformation of the firm’s talent acquisition and management products into an integrated product suite that allows organizations to implement a “common language” for talent and integrate their approach to selecting, developing, rewarding and engaging talent at all levels.• Lead efforts to transform product offering from point in time sale/usage to SaaS unlocking value for Korn Ferry and clients;• Leverage various data assets, empirical studies, assessments results and benchmark data to create Korn Ferry’s Talent Hub as a taxonomy and set of best in class success profiles for individuals, teams and organizations;• Contribute to the strategy and design of the firm’s new assessment platform (KF Assess) that allows assessment for selection and development to be done at scale against a common role profile;• Contribute to the strategy and design of the firm’s new Rewards and Benefits platform (KF Pay) that allows clients to benchmark and perform data modeling throughout the year;• Co-lead efforts to transform the operating model of the Products Group (~1,300 employees) to ensure annual growth and retention of existing accounts;• Lead efforts to implement a Go-To-Market function which includes account management, client migrations, upsell/cross sell initiatives and marketing campaigns• Provide strategic direction and oversight of our partnership with SAP Qualtrics leveraging our “Engagement Performance” framework for enterprise wide employee experience programs including annual census surveys, Pulse surveying and evolving practices including continuous listening.• Provide strategic sales support to the firm’s Marquee accounts including efforts to help clients scale their talent programs.
