External Supplier Manager• Work directly with Purchasing and external vendors to create Statement of Work; experience with Time and Material and Fixed Price.• Create Purchase Orders; Review and approve external invoices• Estimate, review and submit yearly, multi-million-dollar external resource budgets; as many as 7 concurrent vendors, 60+ contractors• Weekly meetings with each vendor to ensure consistent progress, early identification of risks/issues and necessary mitigation steps.Lean Agile Leader• Responsible for the development, performance evaluation and career growth of 20+ internal employees.• Hiring manager for the Telematics Platform team in the US.Manage Telematics Platform Project Manager• Create, review and maintain platform schedules for multiple, concurrent product deliverables. Primary responsibilities including risk identification and management, feature identification and planning, resource estimation and management, customer quote support, Change Control Board member, cost center budget, defect prediction and management, integration of core platform components. • Deliver presentations and reports to internal Quality organization, BU R&D Head, Division Head, internal and external customers.• Collaborate with global teams across many different functional areas and disciplines: hardware, other software entities, business, purchasing, finance and other business units. • Monitor platform compliance to the defined software processes and tools for the business unit.• Telematics Platform led the way in converting the Interior BU to the Agile development process (Q1 2017).
