I applied my knowledge of applicable collective agreements, health and safety guidelines, labor relations, and human rights legislation in day-to-day staff management in unionized environment.• Oversight of outreach clinics for U. of Toronto psychiatry residents, including the design, development, customization, and delivery of adult education and training for virtual and in-person contexts.
