Key Account Managerresponsible for managing key accounts, maintaining a long term relationship with accounts and maximizing sales opportunities within them.The Role Also Included;Focusing on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business.Write business plans for all current and opportunity tender business.Playing an integral role in new business pitches and hold responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new clients.Responsible for the development and achievement of sales through the direct sales channel.

Maintaining a presence on social media networking sites as a way of promoting the stations and engaging with audiences through listener feedback, music requests or program contests.Provide news updates, traffic reports and weather conditions for their listeners.Researching topics and background information for items to be featured on the program;planning and rehearsing shows;writing, and sometimes memorizing, scriptsliaising with other members of the production and technical team/s.introducing and hosting programmes;interviewing guests in the studio, by telephone or on location;playing music;reading short news, traffic, sport or weather reports;reviewing books, films, music or newspapers;providing links between programs;either reading from a script and/or autocue, or improvising;keeping the program running to schedule - responding positively and quickly to problems or changes, and improvising where necessary;
