Notable Questus developer clients/partners nationally are:Frasers, Devine Limited, Dyldam, Metricon, Icon Constructions, Len Buckeridge Groupof Companies, Leda Holdings, Payce Consolidated, Alcock Brown-Neaves Group,Rivergum Homes· Coordinating and negotiating the sales of the individual NRAS approved propertieswith selling agents, financial planners, accountants, and lawyers. 2500 properties sold over last 4 years.· Coordinating with property managers the handover and management of the properties.Currently have 2000 properties rented.· Reporting to the Government the status of the developments and the properties· Development Management and Acquisitions of Questus projects

Analysis of potential acquisition and joint venture transactions in all sectors of property development and investment, conducting feasibility studies, engaging in a range of financial modelling scenarios. Preparing submissions for the Ashe Morgan Investments Committee for acquisitions, joint venture projects, mezzanine loans and senior debt loans.Identifying new business opportunities with potential clients in all property sectors, structuring terms and conditions of complex transactions, liaising with Banks and Financial Institutions to approve loans and terms of finance. Managing relationships with Clients, Lenders, Consultants and Lawyers throughout the loan approval process. Member of Project Control Groups (PCG) and attending PCG meetings for developments that AMW are involved in.
