Since 2005, Yalari has been providing Indigenous children from regional and remote communities across Australia the opportunity to receive a full boarding school scholarship for their entire secondary education.We believe education is the key to generational change and a brighter future for Indigenous Australians and for our nation. We are deeply committed to the ongoing success of our national program of scholarships, student support and post-school opportunities.In 2023, we have over 249 students on Yalari scholarships nationally. We also have an alumni group of over 480 studying at universities, working or undertaking further training.

Property Funds Management and Development with a major focus on the National Rental Affordability Scheme (NRAS)

Analysis of potential acquisition and joint venture transactions in all sectors of property development and investment, conducting feasibility studies, engaging in a range of financial modelling scenarios. Preparing submissions for the Ashe Morgan Investments Committee for acquisitions, joint venture projects, mezzanine loans and senior debt loans.Identifying new business opportunities with potential clients in all property sectors, structuring terms and conditions of complex transactions, liaising with Banks and Financial Institutions to approve loans and terms of finance. Managing relationships with Clients, Lenders, Consultants and Lawyers throughout the loan approval process. Member of Project Control Groups (PCG) and attending PCG meetings for developments that AMW are involved in.
