- Owning and fostering relationships with large sub-contracted accommodation providers
- Supporting and challenging them to deliver against urgent timescales to meet KPI targets
- Overseeing legislative and local authority licencing within the contract, ensuring full compliance through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, and local authorities.
- Managing budgetary framework for the department.
- Managing and monitoring rent review requests, ensuring they are kept within financial performance indicators.
