Current● Leading a team of managers to deliver multiple projects simultaneously, such as HMO Conversions, property refurbishments and void/disrepair management● Owning and fostering relationships with large sub-contracted accommodation providers● Supporting and challenging them to deliver against urgent timescales to meet KPI targets● Overseeing legislative and local authority licencing within the contract, ensuring full compliance through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, and local authorities.● Managing budgetary framework for the department.● Managing and monitoring rent review requests, ensuring they are kept within financial performance indicators.● Responsible for the procurement and auditing of sub-contractors, ensuring quality and value for money.● Creating in-depth reports for the Contract Leadership Team by offering analysis, references and recommendations in a variety of formats to support the enhancement of the portfolio.
