- Prepares information materials and publications, convenes press conferences, prepares analyzes, information and other materials for the needs of Tourist Board bodies;- Collects information on tourist needs and other information from the country and abroad of importance for tourism;- Keeps records and statistical data determined by law and other regulations;- Keeps records of obligations and payment of tourist tax and tourist membership fee;- Drafts contracts on co-financing of projects and sponsorships with third parties, as well as work contracts, keeps records of employees and performs activities within the scope of labor relations;- Performing liquidation and payment of incoming receipts;- Organizes trainings for private renters, cooperates with information organizations, organizes and manages tourism-information activities, directly participates in their execution, collection, processing and provision of information in the promotion and promotion of tourism in the area of Motovun Tourist Board;- Takes care of the realization of cultural-entertaining, sports and other manifestations and events in the organization and co-organization of the Motovun Tourist Board;- Prepares the reception and stay of study groups, journalists and blogers for the purpose of destination promotion, informs about sights and cultural monuments, etc.-Creates and regularly publishes content on social networks (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube) and on the official website of the Motovun Tourist Board;
