Reporting directly to the Quartermaster with full responsibility for the running of the sites work services and liaising with contractors and sub-contractors to ensure all repairs carried out within allotted timescales. Conducting comprehensive internal audits on site repair data base and ensuring completion of appropriate resolutions in alignment with regulations Providing in depth and timely feedback to customers regarding the current status of the repairs and performing thorough investigations into alternative repair solutions Responsible for carrying out all duties associated with that of the department locksmith and performing a variety of basic handyman duties across the site which include painting and disposal of hazardous waste.Ran two 200 accomodation blocks issuing bedding to new students joining courses held at the site but also stood in for the storeman running the sites refuling station.

Initially employed as Phase two demands progression which entailed liaising with contractors and outside agencies sourcing hard to obtain spares for the four squadrons based at RAF Cottesmore and aircraft in long term maintenance.Manned the Priority Progression Desk supporting front line squadrons and Joint Force Harrier aircraft in Afghanistan which involved the monitoring of materials through the supply chain and progression of mission critical spares.While on detachment as the Supply Support for one of the squadrons in Cyprus I was facilitated the supply of all spares required for the aircraft to ensure the flying programme was completed.As the JNCO of the squadron barrack block I was in charge of 50 personnel to ensure high standards were kept and discipline maintained which earned me a commendation from the force commander for my hard work.

I was charged with providing effective logistical support to Nuclear submarines undergoing base maintenance periods and extended refits which due to the nature of the ships I was working with required the completion of Quality assurance paperwork with each issue of stores to technical departments.Attended progress meetings and progressed all outstanding demands and provided further logistical support to the submarines on-board staff.

As a Stores Co-Ordinator I was charged with the timely priority progression of stores for the Operational fleet was carried out in a timely and efficient manner.Acted on behalf of the warship support agency ensuring emergent stores requirements were quickly processed.Arranged the movement of High value items( Ships engines in excess of 1 million in value) from the United Kingdom to ships anywhere in the world, with this I had to ensure the correct airway bills were raised before the movement took place.As the on-call Co-ordinator one weekend was personally responsible for arranging the movement of all materials required for the Uk Naval response to the Kursk Submarine disaster.
