Responsible for all operational requirements of regional offices in Austin, TX, Phoenix, AZ and Las Vegas, NV; including client relationships, tracking new projects and estimating new work, office and field staffing as well as overall management of work obtained and monthly cost reporting to Corporate.* Managed total annual volume of $50M in Nevada, $40M in Arizona and $35M in Texas.* Managed total staff of (225) in Nevada, (200) in Arizona and (125) in Texas.* Established successful office staff in each region through hands-on responsibility for recruiting and hiring. Developed large and successful field staffing crews through management of this process with an HR Manager.* Responsible for starting the first office (Las Vegas) outside of California for the corporation. Started with an office staff of (1) and build up to (40). Field staff started at (5) and built up to a peak of (275).* Based on the success of the Las Vegas office (within the first 2 years), the company implemented an expansion plan under which (9) more offices were opened across the U.S. through the following (10) years. The nationwide presence of the company, in place today, is the result of the success of the Las Vegas office which allowed the subsequent expansion to occur.
