Currently manage both the OEM business for piezoelectric print-head sales to Non-Xerox entities and Global Manufacturing of all Components & Modules manufactured in North America, Europe & Asia Pacific regions. OEM business consists of a Direct-sales team, Applications engineering support, and Manufacturing operations. Responsibilities include Direct Sales and Marketing to Digital Manufacturing OEM system integrators, Competitive evaluations, Product pricing, Developing Business Agreements, and Manufacturing / Distribution of products. Sales revenues in my tenure grew from $3.9M in 2013 to $20M in 2023, with operating margins greater than 50%. In addition to managing the OEM Sales group, I manage the global manufacturing operations in Wilsonville, Oregon, Webster, NY and Venray, Netherlands. Wilsonville specializes in Clean Room Operations manufacturing Piezo Electric print-heads, the two Webster based operations consist of CNC machining centers and custom coating operations manufactured in explosion proof controlled clean room environments, and the Venray facility consists of CNC machining centers with organic solvent dip coating operations. Responsibilities include managing the Safety, Quality, Cost, and Delivery for all of the manufacturing facilities through engineering / operations management, coordination with global planning and supply chain partners, adhering to safety/environmental/quality regulations, and managing the Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBA’s) for the industrial workforce (157 employees managed for both Sales and Operations; roughly 85 Engineering / technicians and 72 bargaining unit employees). Gross spend for the Operations =$30M annually, with a Cost of Production = $60M annually.
