Drive promotion and student engagement with the Official App of UNSW 'Uni-Verse' from launch to continued maintenance and updates. Working with a range of UNSW stakeholders to achieve 60 000 student downloads and registrations since launching in February 2017.Manage the UNSW Advantage Program in the accreditation of co-curricular activities across the University from reviewing to approving nominations and ensuring activities feature on students Australian Higher Education Graduate Statement (AHEGS) when they graduate. Coordinate O-Week and engagement initiatives for commencing students including:- Communication to 17 000 students conveying the welcome message from the President and Vice-Chancellor upon acceptance of an offer to study at UNSW- Partnering with Eventbrite to create an Event Planner from conception through to implementation to display all 200 events for students to participate in. Increasing registration from 400 from in 2017 to 12,500 in 2018.- Coordinate the Official Welcomes to Undergraduate and Postgraduate students (1200 and 600 respectively) where the President and Vice-Chancellor welcome's commencing students. Tasks included managing registrations and attendance; venue management; sourcing alumni and student speakers and overseeing student volunteers.

Tasked with driving student engagement initiatives across Study Group Colleges in Australia & New Zealand that improve the student experience and career outcomes throughout the student lifecycle from future, current students and alumni. Working in a matrix of key stakeholders from Directors, Heads of College, Academic, administration to marketing departments within Higher Education; VET and University Partnerships to understand and improve the different student experiences of international, domestic, on-campus and online students.Contributing to the Study Group wide student hub, ‘Brightly’ from concept, development in consultation with agency to delivering the go to market and launch across Study Group Colleges.Identifying and engaging with corporate partners to provide value adding experiences and skills to students across Study Group Colleges, in particular self-development and self-awareness skills. Identify and lead students to attend industry events that provide transformational experiences. Events that I have identified and facilitated for students to attend, include: The National Achievers Congress- headlined by Sir Richard Branson; Total Success- headlined by Tony Robbins and TEDxYouth@Sydney.

Developed and delivered Student Engagement initiatives in University Sport and within the sports industry. These initiatives were characterised by: 1) Creating communities and therefore connectedness to peers and institution; 2) Developing student graduate capabilities; 3) Connecting students to sporting and education industry to provide real-world learning experiences.Co-created and lead the ACPE Cultural Experience Program that provided students the experience to focus on Social Engagement and positively impact disadvantaged and marginalised communities overseas. This program enabled 15 ACPE students to travel to Phnom Penh, Cambodia in November of each year to volunteer teach at the Cambodian Children's Fund (CCF). Delivering PE Programs, Swim lessons, first aid courses, nightly food programs and the Annual ACPE/CCF Sports Gala Day, ACPE students were provided transformational life experiences and opportunities to develop their teaching skills.Launched in 2011, I was fortunate to have had the opportunity to lead the group for 5 consecutive years up till 2015. During this period, the ACPE community donated $83 000 and $10 000 worth of sporting equipment. The donations enabled 4 playgrounds to be built that provided safe environment for children, both from CCF and the local community of Steung Meanchey to be physically active. Please view the below video from the opening of the first ACPE playground.Engaged students in University Sport through attending and leading teams to 15 Eastern and Australian University Games, as well as engaging students on campus in social sport.Responsible for providing support and advice to students in both the Scholarship and Elite Athlete programs, liaising between students, key College staff and State and National Sporting organisations. Stakeholder engagement also included high schools and community partners in providing students job opportunities, volunteer opportunities and increasing qualifications through short courses.
