As a Field Service Engineer for a high tech growth business serving the Life Sciences and Pharmaceutical industries, My primary responsibilities include providing support on wide variety of liquid handling equipment for customers, on-site and remotely. • Primarily focused on customer satisfaction and technical expertise• Provide customers with high quality service to ensure customer satisfaction• Manage customer end user training – Basic and advanced• Lead manager for negotiation of equipment purchases and technical service contracts• Establish operations and maintenance routines (preventive, general, and emergency) to service all equipment, develop and supervise completion of all maintenance schedules• Responsible for oversight of the installation and maintenance of all technical equipment• Responsible for property and equipment acquisitions• Administer instrument calibration, upgrades, installation, validation, and integrations of laboratory equipment
