This role allowed me to enhance my technical expertise while building strong, trust-based relationships with clients.Amérispec Montréal / Estrie (2020-2023): Certified Building Inspector (INTERNACHI-Québec). I conducted hundreds of building inspections, analyzing structures, systems, and materials to provide detailed, clear, and understandable reports for clients, whether they were construction experts or novices. My thoroughness allowed me to maintain an excellent track record with no claims against my inspections.Solution Isolation (2023): Door-to-door Sales Representative, where I learned to combine my building knowledge with sales skills to help clients improve their home's insulation. This role allowed me to strengthen my negotiation and sales skills while working in a dynamic and challenging environment.Since November 2023, I have been part of the Estimatek team, specializing in post-disaster cost estimation. Thanks to a team of experienced leaders, I have learned to understand the specifics of post-disaster projects and provide accurate assessments while adhering to quality standards and ensuring clear communication with our clients. Promoted to Junior Estimator in October 2024, I continue to learn and contribute to the company's success.
