I originally joined Phones 4 u as a sales consultant. My duties in this role included:1. Selling mobile phone contracts in compliance with P4u policy and meeting individual KPIs in order to meet company wide SLAs2. Offering a wide range of personal knowledge and expertise to customers in order to give them a positive experience with the company.3. Filling and filing all relevant paperwork in accordance with Data Protection policy4. Cash handling5. Stock managementI was appointed acting deputy manager of the store in the New Year. This meant that my role eveloved so that I could take on more responsibility in terms of leading a team and managing the store. My duties were expanded to include the following:1. Opening and closing of the store; making sure that all end of day procedures are followed,2. Coaching members of staff who felt that they could benefit from additional training. I am very passionate about development of the individual for the benefit of the whole.3. Attending conference calls with higher level management4. Conducting the morning brief to the wider team5. Management of the team's KPIs, to make sure that the store as a whole hits the SLA6. Implementation of new procedures in order to maintain compliance7. Close working relationships with management
