Detailed responsibilities include:- Single point of contact for all aspects of operational requirements for the Early Oil Pilot Scheme (EOPS), with specific focus on the day to day coordination of the transportation contractors and associated vehicular movements and logistical arrangements. Conduct land transport incident and accident investigations and propose corrective actions and follow up the implementation of corrective actions by the Transport Contractors. Audit and follow up the Contractors adherence to the agreed best practices including IFC requirements and IOGP 365 Recommended practices. Co-ordination of the Field loading/offloading supervisors based in the Field and Mombasa Ensuring that all logistics chain activities are conducted in compliance with company requirements and Standards. This includes conducting Tier 0 & Tier 1 audits Assist the with investigations relating to improper practices, losses and non-conformance.
