• Head of ICT for KTDA, Subsidiaries and 54 factory companies.• Develop ICT Policies and strategies • Build and maintain a highly motivated ICT team• Develop and Monitor ICT budgets• Advise the organization on issues relating to ICT technology• Through supportive roles, usher in new technology or systems that enhance the achievement of the organization vision.• Manage the critical business and technical infrastructures necessary for the organization to compete globally.• Research on and introduce technology initiatives that act as business enablers.

• Deputize the IT Manager.• Design company’s LAN and WAN and supervise their implementation.• Managing the organization’s network running on Novell’s Netware operating system. • Installing and configuring server hardware and software.• Developing systems requirements & specifications documents for computerization projects.• Defining the training needs for the different user departments.• In-house training of users on both new and existing systems.• Upgrading both hardware and software systems for compliance. • Analyze manual systems within the company for automation purpose and advice the management on the effective procedure of doing this in terms of cost and time.
