Responsibilities:• Accounts Responsibilities- Accounts Payable- Accounts Receivable- Purchase invoice processing- Bank Reconciliation- Price jobs- Sales Invoicing- Credit Control - Generate a monthly cash flow projection.- Computation on bi-monthly and yearly VAT return (Vat3)- Preparation of the Profit and Loss Account and Balance Sheet. • Payroll Responsibilities- Process weekly payroll- Payment to employees- Computation of PAYE, PRSI, USC.- Calculation of BIK.- Make monthly and year end Revenue Returns (P30 & P35L)- Process P60 for Revenue.- Respond to staff queries- Upload and download all relevant information via ROS.- Starter/Leaver processing (P45)• Marketing and Sales

Whelans Frozen Foods was a distribution company that solely distributed to Dunnes Stores. I was initially employed as a full time general operative picking chilled food products but when I started college I worked part time as an office clerk and sales office supervisor.During college terms my duties would include working in the accounts office, general office duties such as paying expense accounts and posting invoices. In the sales office at a weekend I ran and supervised the sales office.
