About David Mc Sorley

I'm really honored to have been a finalist in this year's EY Young Entrepreneur of the year awards. My career in the construction industry started with a carpentry apprenticeship and I have worked my way up the ladder to management and owning a successful business in the construction and recruitment sectors. I recognised a gap in the market for offering something different in the outsourcing business, and I set up Max People to offer quality managed labour teams. This has evolved into a complete construction solution to fit our client’s needs, offering permanent and temporary recruitment to contracting throughout the civil, commercial and residential sectors. I have built Max People, along with my team, to be a diversified company that services the construction industry throughout New Zealand. We pride ourselves on our pro-active approach to Health and Safety offering a motivated, skilled and structured workforce. Our aim is to establish and build long term trusting relationships with our clients as we strive to become their complete construction partner.
