The Theory of Constraints (TOC) introduced me to the wonderful world of systems thinking, where focused interventions can rapidly repay their investment many times over. It has informed my thinking ever since initial my training at the EITB and I subsequently trained as a Jonah with John Tripp.

Co-founder and director of management and organisation development (OD) consultancy working with senior management teams, mostly in safety leadership for oil industry clients including Amerada Hess, BP and Shell on organisational culture, engagement and effective team-working and communication.

Design, development and delivery of accredited assessor training in support of the company's competence assurance software.
