Chaired committee responsible for designing the Kroger Loss Prevention Review (Audit). *Designated Compliance Officer for Anti-Money Laundering and Tobacco AVC Agreement. *Responsible for CCTV design, installation management and programming, with a 300% average ROI per year, on each system. *Managed key code and key control, for the Division’s Stores, Offices and Production Facilities. *Designed alarm system and managed installations. *Developed numerous innovative shrink reduction programs, reducing millions in shrink, while increasing sales. Shrink reduction of over 10% in the Drug/GM/HBC categories alone (in 2011), saving nearly $500,000. *Responsible for Small Claims Court lawsuit defense, with zero courtroom losses. *Helped develop unprecedented network and cooperation between Retailers and various Law Enforcement partners.
