In my experience as a worker-owner leading the service department of a cooperative bike shop, I created an inclusive space for all customers. With clear and open communication I established customer trust and built positive working relationships, which was reflected in a large community of lifelong customers who voted us the #1 Bike Shop in BlogTO. My experience implementing standard operating procedures and increasing productivity in my previous business has prepared me well for a career in software engineering, where I am committed to delivering high-quality code and building innovative solutions that make a positive impact.When I'm not coding you can usually find me mountain biking in the Port Hills or making music with my collection of Synthesizers and drum machines.
