Worked designing programmes for clients such as Google, WPP, DENTSU, TUI Travel, Unilever, Sony Music, MTV, LVMH, GREENPEACE & ITVDesigned a learning expedition to Silicon Valley for French Business School HEC and their Executive MBA. I have the ability to work independently, making strategic business decisions in terms of balancing resource and business requirements. I have strong collaboration & communication skills, able to build teams and work effectively with stakeholders ranging from academic, business and public sector.I established Hyper Island in 2009 as a global post-graduate and business consulting centre in Europe and Singapore. I was the first leader to take the school outside of its original home in Sweden. I have a deep understanding of learning pedagogy and how humans can unlock their potential through education.I established the consulting arm of Hyper Island providing consultation and programme design for digital transformation, creative culture and organisational development. Previous business transformation clients whilst running Hyper Island’s Executive Education include: Google, Unilever, Louis Vuitton, GreenPeace, BBC, ITV and UK Government.In a consultant role of Learning & Academic Consultant at RED Academy I led the curriculum and learning experience of a Tech & Design school across UK & Canada. Leading several University partnerships delivering specialist Tech & Design skills to undergrads and professionals.I have demonstrable experience in revenue generation with local & international student admissions recruiting 1000's of high value students via successful referral and recommendation programmes.Strong negotiating of commercial deals and client relationships. Budget Responsibility £3million+Developed academic partnerships with a range of UK and European Universities including HEC in Paris, Teesside University & Ravensbourne in the UK.I am also a passionate entrepreneur and as owner and co-founder established TAKK an artisan coffee house, which I built into an independent chain with 4 units, which was successfully sold in 2020. Founded a creative shared workspace (SeeSawSpace) in 2020 and successfully exited in 2023. Currently co-owner of a natural wine store (Kerb.Wines)
