  Powerwrap is a next generation wealth management platform used by advisers, wealth managers & brokers of some of the country’s most prestigious advice brands to administer, manage & report on their client portfolios.This newly created role as a result of an Operations restructure, covered management of all Investment Operations teams including Settlements, Corporate Actions, SMA, & Alternative Investments. This was a rapidly growing part of the business with AUD 4 billion fund under administration and required adding structure & controls within the area.Management of 6 direct reports along with a manager with 6 additional reportso Set tasks and KRA’so Undertook quarterly and annual reviews of each staff member – output vs KRA’sReviewed, improved and overhauled controls in the custody environment and sub-registerTook a lead role in the companies Qualified Intermediary responsibilities & US tax reporting requirements to the IRS.I streamlined & customised the EOM reporting to reconcile data from the custody accounts to confirm company profits, and swept company funds to the finance department.
