Manage a dynamic service department repairing and installing recycle and dock equipment. Direct supervise 12 employees, 7 service technicians, 2 office staff, field supervisor, shop manager, and shop technician. Manage over 25k of parts inventory. Maintaine 10 vehicle fleet, and the rebuild and fabrication shop.

Experienced in the operation and maintenance of all plant equipment, buildings, and security systems, staff of 13 maintenance technicians, manage over 100 suppliers, negotiate and contract with vendors, purchase supplies and equipment. Updated facility safety program, improved boiler operations, safety, and maintenance, significantly improved the preventive maintenance program, initiated key improvements to production equipment, implemented parts inventory management program, increased technician productivity, and continue to make improvements in all areas

Responsible for all building maintenance duties, identifying, prioritizing, and scheduling repairs and maintenance. Repairs including; Carpentry, Plumbing, Boiler Operations, Building Security, Painting, Heating, Structural maintenance, Exterior maintenance, and assisting equipment mechanics as needed. Added new flooring systems to enable a sanitary wash down environment, including Listeria containment plan. Cost sourcing and installation of new equipment; supervise outside vendors; Initial contact, Bid selection, and Project completion.
