Staff included seven project managers and four business analysts.Defined many of the PM and BA processes used through-out the company including change requests, defect tracking, requirements gathering and documentation, risk/issue management, and communication plans. Established and managed project portfolio management for entire breadth of IT and fulfillment project across bn.com including analysis of resourcing, revenue/cost benefits, and strategic goals. Established a requirements repository for all systems in the company. All requirements when gathered were placed and managed in a single database repository. The repository resulted in a dramatic decrease in duplicate requirements gathering and provided traceability to all test cases and defects. Assisted key business stakeholders in defining project visions for their various areas of responsibilities. Worked with these business owners to define product roadmaps which would enable each area to attain their specific goals.
