I am an experienced Operations Leader, Site Head, General Manager and Managing Director with 20 years in the Life Science sector, which was preceded by 15 years in the Aerospace sector.My current role is Chief Operating Officer for Solvias AG, responsible for the global operational function at this highly-successful, Swiss-based, CRO/CDMO, and sitting on the company’s Executive Committee.I am passionate about delivering business results and fostering a growth mindset, whilst always acting in the most ethical manner and engaging team members at all levels to drive a high performance culture.In addition to my primary employment, I serve as a Director/ Trustee of two amazing charities in the children's health space: Glasgow Children’s Hospital Charity and Hi: Children’s Healthcare Innovation Scotland.I am an advocate for the Glasgow business community with an active role at the Glasgow Chamber of Commerce; including membership of the Council of Directors, the President's 1783 Network and the Glasgow Business Growth Council.
