- Developed Ohmic Liquid Heating and Steam Generating Technology- Led the research and development of Ohmic Heating Technology to become listed as an inventor in multiple patents- Performed and documented extensive testing and experimentation to establish materials, practices, and control procedures now used in proprietary steam generation and fluid heating technology- Applied ohmic steam generating hardware and control systems to multiple lines of commercial cooking equipment - Completed full, ground up, product design for commercial steam cooking equipment; Including documentation for manufacturing, approval, and sale - Established satellite office in Cambridge MA - Managed responsibilities and resources to advance multiple development projects simultaneously - Developed products to meet industry standards for safety and sanitation (ETL, UL, NSF, FDA)- Operated, maintained, and expanded prototyping, manufacturing, and test equipment in 5,000 sqft machine shop and lab- Used Solid Works, Solid Edge, Auto Desk Inventor, and Sprut CAM software on a daily basis to develop products- Specialized in design and manufacturing of prototypes and products that incorporate formed sheet metal, graphite, machined parts, and molded plastics as well as electrical and electromechanical components and control systems- Worked on projects in all stages: from white board concept, through prototype, all the way to full scale production documentation and testing

- Was tasked with redesigning the atmospheric control system of a 22,000 square foot subterranean cheese aging facility - Performed full analysis of existing climate control equipment and devised an innovative new technique for creating the highly critical and unusual climate conditions required inside the cave-Built and tested a prototype to prove effectiveness of water filtration as viable method of air scrubbing and cooling in the cave-Met the expectations of the facility’s owner by creating a system that succeeded where traditional methods had failed in creating the exacting conditions required by the process and facility

Competed for 3 years in a multinational annual competition to develop and race hybrid vehicles. During these 3 years the team accomplished the following:- Designed, built, and raced two all wheel drive parallel hybrid race cars in three formula hybrid competitions- Incorporated fully customized trans-axle as part of prize winning parallel hybrid drive train- Received the following awards during competition: Best Hybrid in Progress, Chrysler's Best Hybrid System Engineering Award, Thayer School Dean's Award: Most Innovative Design, 1st Place in Electric Only Drag Race
