In July 2021, Dave became vice president and general manager of the Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance & Space Solutions portfolio within Mission Systems at Collins Aerospace, a business of Raytheon Technologies (NYSE: RTX). Collins was created in 2018 by bringing together UTC Aerospace Systems and Rockwell Collins. The company is a global leader in aviation and defense markets with $23 billion in annual sales and employees 70,000 people around the world.Dave is currently responsible for the profit and loss of a major portfolio that spans nine global locations and includes Airborne ISR & Defense, and Civil Space & Sea Systems.Providing cutting-edge products and services to domestic and international government and commercial market segments helps enable mission success in space, in the air, on the ground and at sea. Dave drives long-term business growth and profitability by meeting our customers' critical needs through top-notch customer support and program execution.Prior to his current position, Dave was general manager of the Integrated Strategic Solutions business within the Mission Systems Integrated Solutions portfolio. In this role, he led teams responsible for Nuclear Command and Control, Unmanned Systems, Global Joint Fires, Electronic Warfare and Mission Service Solutions. In addition, he was the site leader for the Collins facility in Richardson, Texas. In this role, he was the focal for all Nuclear Command and Control efforts, and for key High Frequency communications and avionics programs. The site employs more than 660 people and has engineering, production, and service and support capabilities.
