Mechanical Services Project Manager responsible for multiple projects running simultaneously within the fitout sector. Accountable for project financials, contract variations, labour planning and project planning throughout the project life cycle. I co-ordinated a team consisting of three project supervisors and one project engineer to ensure each project was completed to the highest standard. Daily onsite experience attending site meetings and liaising with project stakeholders, clients and engineering consultants. I was accountable for all purchase orders, processing invoices from suppliers and submitting progress claims to the main contractor for each project.

Lead mechanical design engineer for all HVOR (Heavy Vehicle Off Road) products for European, American and Asian markets within Sensata Technologies. Sensata Technologies are a global leader in sensing and control technology with a majority market share in the automotive tyre pressure sensing sector. I was responsible for new product design, supplier management, customer service and project management for all mechanical deliverables related to HVOR tyre pressure sensing projects. This requires involvement with suppliers and customer during site visits for HVOR projects, both existing and new business opportunities. I was the lead inventor for patent publication number 20200039301 (application number 16/119,109) which reduced costs, improved market acceptance and drastically improved part performance over existing products.

Working as a Graduate Manufacturing Engineer within Sensata Technologies I was responsible for the integration of new manufacturing equipment into existing high volume manufacturing facilities. Working with machine suppliers during this integration in order to fulfill customer requirements and expectations. Validation and testing of new production equipment to ensure product quality and capacity targets are met before customer SOP (Start of production) dates. Regularly testing new products/prototype products on existing high volume manufacturing lines while producing highly detailed reports and data analysis on part performance. Highly focused on continuous improvement within the manufacturing environment to increase product performance and quality.

Testing the next generation of TPMS (Tyre Pressure Monitoring Systems) on existing high volume manufacturing lines. Producing detailed reports on part performance and issue tracking. Responsible for recording, tracking and displaying high volume production line capability.
