I’m an undergraduate researcher at Arizona State University's Barrett, The Honors College, majoring in electrical engineering. I work in the Compound Semiconductor Device Lab led by Dr. Nidhin Kurian Kalarickal, where I do TCAD modeling and simulation of diamond semiconductor device structures for power switching and RF applications.
