I have 16 years of experience working with technology in the financial services industry. I lead by example with a collaborative management style. I am a highly customer focused individual, and I have passed this on to the teams I have managed, in order to ensure the highest level of quality for the end user.I have spent much of my career working in corporations with very large enterprise environments and global technical support structures. This has given me access to a vast range of technologies and allowed me to work with highly skilled and experienced individuals. Through previous roles, I have developed a diverse technical skillset.
