- Develop marketing strategies- Coordinate staff work schedule - Create brand and marketing collaterals and digital assets - Manage staff work schedules and payroll

• Initiate projects / reports that contribute to continuous improvement• Identify, develop and manage effective relationships with existing and potential suppliers of goods and services to meet the established cost, quality and delivery targets• Establish, implement, and manage systems to evaluate, monitor and report supplier scorecard performance• Adhere to established company policies, procedures, terms and conditions and legal matters that affect purchasing policies• Responsible for accuracy of inventory counts by implementing and managing, in conjunction with CEO, an inventory control system, capable of identifying discrepancies in inventory counts and taking corrective action to guard against inconsistencies in the future• Achieves financial objectives by working with CEO to prepare the materials budget, schedule expenditures, analyze variances and initiate corrective actions. • Keep ahead of developments in materials management by reading relevant journals, going to conferences and attending courses

- Establish the company’s marketing strategy- Manage over 2000 items in inventories- Initiate and track shipments and process orders

- Analyze applicants’ risk and research their credibility for loans- Coordinate SOP for the underwriting process- Operate underwriting software- Manage staff work schedules

- Oversee day-to-day operations- Collaborate and communicate with vendors- Initiate and track shipments and process orders - Manage over 700 items in inventory- Establish business pricing models
