I am currently seeking a position in the Building Services / Facilities Management sector.

I was employed on a temporary contract as an Asset Manager / surveyor. My duties and responsibilities included:• Surveying, verifying and collating M&E and Fabric assets• Bar-code labelling assets.

I was employed providing FM hard services KPI and SLA performance delivery monitoring on RBS critical and non critical sites. My duties and responsibilities included:• Statutory compliance monitoring /reporting• Performance monitoring of all external contractors and sub-contractors.• CMMS (computerised maintenance management system) monitoring• KPI and SLA reporting• Maintenance records, certification and plant inspections• Programme scheduling

I was based on Site in Dalkeith overseeing the installation of mechanical services within a new build college until August 2008. I transferred to Dundee to oversee the completion of a new build school project and a primary school, in Forfar. My duties included• Budget control • Project delivery• Procurement of materials & plant manpower (materials and resource planning, MRP), working with the internal and external procurement chain• Organisation and management of engineers and sub contractors• Project meetings, client, consultants and contractors• Production of all O&M manuals for the mechanical services on site.• KPI compliance• Health and Safety

I was contracted on a 4-month temporary contract, based at the Glasgow office overseeing a portfolio of installation projects. My duties and responsibilities included:• P&L Budget control (circa £5M)• Project delivery• Management of Labour and sub contractors• Client, consultant and contractor meetings

I was based at the Livingston office, overseeing a portfolio of projects within the private and public sector. Incorporating new build and refurbishment works. My duties and responsibilities included:• Budget control• Project delivery• Estimating an bid submission• Project planning and management• Labour control• Procurement of materials • Re-charge and small works for the contracts department

Based at the Cumbernauld office, managing a varied portfolio of FM hard services contracts in the commercial, industrial, Local Government, Education and M.O.D. sectors, including: Dynamic Earth, Glasgow City Council, Glasgow Housing Association, Stirling University, AEA, and Scotch Whisky Research Institute ensuring delivery of service and customer satisfaction. My duties and responsibilities included:• Budget Control, contract P&L (circa 9.7M)• PPM planning and scheduling• Managing labour, sub-contractors and materials• Statutory compliance• KPI / SLA monitoring• Account Management• Project Management• Engineer development and succession planning• Health and Safety compliance

Working from the Cumbernauld office,, running a team of in-house and sub-contract labour, working predominately on the City Wide Fan Contract in Glasgow and South Lanarkshire Council properties. My duties and responsibilities included:• Maintenance, repairs and fan replacements within the contract. • PPM and reactive works scheduling• Project delivery• Re-charge and small works.• Maintaining and updating the (computerised maintenance management system)• Preparation of reports for regular client monthly meetings • Engineer development within my team of 4 engineers.• On call duties for all Johnson Controls clients

I was part of the maintenance engineerng team responsible for delivering Planned Preventative Maintenance and emergency breakdown of mechanical heating ventilation and A/C plant and equipment. I worked on various contracts for a variety of clients’ including MOD, Stirling University and Glasgow City Council, throughout Scotland and Northern England.
