I serve as head of legal for Consumer, Small & Business Banking and Enterprise Payments at Wells Fargo.Our team of ~60 lawyers and legal professionals provides risk-managed, integrated advice in support of Wells Fargo’s retail banking, enterprise payments, deposit products, retail branches, digital channels, customer service centers, and ATMs.Member of the firm-wide Management Committee and the Legal Department’s senior leadership team.

I led the Consumer Protection Section, which supported all Wells Fargo consumer business units across several CFPB-focused legal domains, including fair lending, UDAAP, SCRA, and FCRA.

I led the Fair Lending Team, which provided dedicated subject matter expertise to Wells Fargo’s home lending, auto lending, credit card, and small business lending functions.

I led the Fair Lending Team, which provided dedicated subject matter expertise to Bank of America’s home lending, auto lending, credit card, and small business lending functions.

As a member of the firm’s Consumer Financial Services Practice Group, I advised consumer banking & lending clients on consumer protection, regulatory enforcement, and regulatory compliance matters.

I managed all internal and external corporate communication activities in support of a trade association serving national and regional companies that provided group purchasing capabilities to hospital systems and other health care providers.

I served as the lead editor and reporter of a monthly environmental newsletter and compliance guide.
