- Market properties for sellers and assist buyers in finding home of their dreams- Coordinate appointments, open houses, showings, and meetings with clients and other professionals- Advise clients on market conditions, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters- Keep up with local & regional activity, industry news, continuing education, and latest advances in technology- Work consistent lead generation strategies with focus on client and professional referrals- Negotiate agreements on behalf of clients(buyer or seller) to obtain maximum return

- Responsible for management and growth of oral and enteral products in hospitals, home care, long term care, physician offices, oncology, renal and diabetic clinics(various call points during tenure)- Execute strategic strategies to promote products, with concentrated focus on health care professionals, sales people, and business owners- Educate Health Care, Home Care, and Long Term care providers on clinical studies and applications- Negotiate contracts and enforce compliance working with purchasing, dietary, and nursing- Facilitate and present at multi-disciplinary/collaborative meetings among piers and customers with focus on growing business and discovering new areas of opportunity
