In my years with NCR, I have worked in systems support with many major retail and hospitality clients, including Sobeys, LCBO, Canada Post, Canadian Tire, HBC, KFC and Burger King.I was most recently the Senior Technical Support Specialist for the Sobeys team, supporting various versions of ACS, running on a Windows platform. This includes supporting Software applications, Networking, hardware technicians, and Sobeys Solution Centre.I was the lead Trainer for all new Support staff on the team, both with hands on and Online sessions. I have also led classroom training sessions, with groups of technicians and end users, on multiple platforms.I am responsible for maintaining a training and support knowledge base for the technical support team, installation teams and field technicians.We work with the IMAC teams, to coordinate Software changes with the Field technician's visits, so installations will run as smoothly as possible.Oversaw the creation of helpdesks for Canada Post and Burger King, including coordination of telephony, documentation, scheduling and escalation paths.
