Store Director
Current-Store Director for a $100M high volume store with 11 direct supervising Executive Team Leaders (ASM’s), 30 Team Leaders (supervisors) and over 300 team members. Responsible for all aspects of the business including P&L, budgeting, expense control, guest experience, merchandising, logistics and product flow. Multi unit responsibilities for Talent Management, recruitment and D&I-District training sponsor for new onboarding Executives. Responsible for ensuring retention of new in role executives and a granular training experience. Rallying Store Directors, district trainers and executives around an amazing onboarding process. -Group Diversity & Inclusion Captain, responsible for strengthening the pipeline of diverse leadership across the district & group. -Elevated 1 executive to Human Resources leader for group, 1 executive to Store Director for the group. -2x CARE award winner for the region
