With clients from Aerospace and Automotive to Machinery, Medical and Defense.The company Uses the latest 3D Cad software and CNC machinery to design and manufacture components to 0.001mm. From single, 1 off Prototypes to 1000 off batches. Clients include Boeing, KLM, Spyker Cars , LG and Audi.Reporting to the Senior Design Engineers, my role as a sub-contractor was to assist in the Product development from Design through to Production of varios components, using 3D Cad and CNC machinery.

Ruttchen is a Mercedes HGV and Van Retailer, Maintenance, service and repair company.I joined the company on a sub-contract basis to gain more experience on the design of heavy goods vehicles. During my time at Ruttchen, I worked on chassis alterations for special clients, engine and braking system repairs, Cabin replacement and repairs and general electronic fault finding.In my last year we set about designing a Tractor Pulling vehicle for completions.Within a team of Designers, Mechanics and Fabricators we designed and built a competition winning Trekker Treck, using a Mercedes Actros HGV.This vehicle is still in competition today as Ruttchen Power..
